Delete your account
You can delete your Franco's Fit Coach account and all of its data at any time. You don't need the app installed to do it. Franco's Fit Coach is operated by Franco's Fitness LLC.
Delete it yourself
- Open the app, or go to app.francosfitcoach.com in any browser and sign in.
- Tap the three dots in the top-right corner to open the menu.
- Tap Delete Account, then confirm.
Your account is deleted straight away and you're signed out.
Or ask us to delete it
Email francosfitnesslv@gmail.com from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete your account. We'll confirm once it's done, within 7 days.
What gets deleted
- Your login, profile and goals
- Your food log, meal photos, check-ins, weight and body measurements
- Your workouts, programs, calendar and messages with Coach Franco
- Any photos, videos and files you uploaded
- Any active subscription is cancelled, so you won't be charged again
What we keep
Copies may remain in encrypted backups for a short time before they're overwritten. Payment records are kept by our payment processor only as long as the law requires. See our privacy policy for details.
