Privacy Policy

What we collect

Everything below is tied to your account and only visible to you and, where noted, your coach — never made public.

Account information

• Your email address and password, handled by our authentication provider (Supabase Auth) — we never see or store your raw password.
• Your name, as you enter it.

Nutrition & food logging

• Food photos you take to log a meal. Photos are stored privately in your own account folder (not public, not searchable by other users) so you and your coach can look back at what you logged. A photo is sent to an AI vision model (Anthropic's Claude) to estimate calories and macros — it is transmitted for that single analysis and is not stored by us on Anthropic's systems beyond what's needed to return that result.
• The meals, portions, and macro/calorie estimates you log or that the AI generates.
• Barcode scans and any food items you search for.

Body & health data you choose to enter

• Body weight, measurements, and progress photos, if you choose to log them.
• Answers to the pre-exercise health screening (PAR-Q) shown before your first workout.
• Workout sessions you log — exercises, sets, reps, weight, and any notes (including pain or injury notes you choose to add).
• Sleep, recovery, or wearable data, only if your coach has connected a wearable integration on your behalf — this is opt-in and coach-managed, not something the app pulls automatically.

Messages & coaching

• Messages you send your coach inside the app, and their replies.
• Notes your coach records about your training or nutrition.

Billing

• If you subscribe to coaching through the app, payment is processed by Stripe. We receive your subscription status and billing history — we do not receive or store your full card number.

Technical & usage data

• Basic error reports if something breaks in the app, so we can fix it — this can include which screen you were on and what action you took, not your food or health content.
• A device token for push notifications, if you enable them.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data, to anyone, ever. It is shared only with the services that make the app work, and with your coach as part of the coaching relationship you signed up for:

How long we keep it

We keep your data for as long as your account is active, so your coach can track progress over time. If you delete your account, your personal data is removed from our active systems; some records may be retained briefly in backups before being purged, and anything we're required to keep for legal or billing reasons (like payment records) is kept only as long as required.

Your choices

• Access & correction. You can review and edit most of your data directly in the app.
• Deletion. Delete your account and all its data yourself at any time from the app menu (Delete Account), or ask us to do it. See how to delete your account.
• Push notifications can be turned off at any time in your device settings.
• Wearable data is only connected by your coach with your knowledge, and can be disconnected on request.

Children

This app is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under that age.

Security

Your data is protected by row-level access controls so that only you and your coach can see your information — not other clients. Photos and files are stored in private, access-controlled storage. No system is 100% secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable, industry-standard steps to protect your information.

Changes to this policy

If we make a material change to this policy, we'll update the date at the top and, where required, notify you in the app.
