Terms of Service

1. Not medical advice

The pre-exercise health screening (PAR-Q) shown in the App is a standard fitness-industry readiness screen. It is not a medical assessment or clearance. A "yes" answer means your coach will follow up with you before assigning exercise programming — it does not mean the App or your coach has evaluated you medically.

2. AI-generated content

Calorie counts, macro estimates, health scores, workout programs, and other AI-generated content may not be fully accurate. Nutritional content varies by brand, preparation, and portion; exercise programming is generated based on information you provide and may not account for every factor relevant to your situation. Use AI-generated content as a general guide, and use your own judgment — or your coach's — before acting on it.

3. Your account

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account, including accurate health and injury information where the App asks for it — programming and recommendations are only as good as what you tell us.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity under your account.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use the App.

4. Subscriptions & billing

• Coaching access may be offered as a paid subscription, billed through Stripe (or, on iOS/Android, through Apple's or Google's in-app purchase system where applicable).
• New subscriptions may include a trial period, currently 7 days, at the end of which billing begins automatically unless cancelled.
• You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds, where applicable, follow the policy of the payment processor used (Stripe, Apple, or Google) and any additional policy your coach communicates to you directly.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose, or to harass, abuse, or harm another person.
• Attempt to access another user's data, or to circumvent the App's access controls.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the App or its content without our written permission.
• Upload content that is illegal, infringing, or that you don't have the right to share.

6. Affiliate disclosure

Some supplement recommendations in the App link to Thorne's store through an affiliate relationship — Coach Ben may earn a commission on purchases made there within 30 days, at no extra cost to you. This never changes what's recommended: supplements are ranked by strength of research evidence, and lower-tier products carry no purchase links regardless of brand. You are never required to purchase anything through the App, and buying the same product elsewhere is entirely fine.

7. No guarantee of results

Individual results vary. The App does not guarantee any specific health, fitness, weight, or performance outcome. Consistency, medical history, genetics, lifestyle, and many factors outside the App's control affect your results.

9. Intellectual property

The App, its design, content, and underlying software are owned by Franco's Fitness LLC. Your own logged data (meals, workouts, notes, photos) remains yours — using the App does not transfer ownership of your content to us, though you grant us the license needed to store, process, and display it back to you and your coach as part of providing the service.

10. Termination

You may stop using the App and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the App for violation of these Terms, or at our discretion for accounts that are abusive, fraudulent, or inactive for an extended period.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we'll update the date above and, where required, notify you in the App. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Franco's Fitness LLC is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
